On completion of your order, our energy services team will follow up with you directly regarding a time to book your service date, this will be within 5 working days. With the exception of public holidays where this may take longer for the team to contact due to office closures.

Please note - Your boiler must be working and will not be serviced if found to be faulty or  broken on the day. Regional Limitations may apply,  if we cannot service your area a full refund will be processed.  Please note at present we only service the Leinster and Cork areas. We do not service back boilers, oil boilers or boilers that are broken down/faulty. 

 

Areas not covered: Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Waterford, Galway, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal
