Returns Policy

This product is an installation service, therefore it is not returnable. 

This service is fully certified by Safe Electric Registered Electrical Contractors. 

Where required Energia contractors will need to install an earth rod at your property in advance of your Electric Vehicle Charge Point installation.  Please only purchase this item if you have been advised to. 

We will endeavour to complete these works during the installation appointment but this may not always be possible. In these cases the earth rod installation will be completed in advance of your EVCP installation appointment.
